Family retreat and wine tasting getaway sitting atop Summers Hill just west of Carlton. To the east guests look down into forested hills and two fabulous vineyards with Mt Hood in the distance. To the south guests gaze down over grassy farmlands and pastures to "High Heaven Peak" towards McMinnville. To the west a beautiful view of the Trask mountains with the coast range peeking over the top. Sleeps eight comfortably. One of the highlights of this home is the 2nd story wrap-around balcony and expansive deck including hot tub, gas fire pit and outdoor couches. Having a small to medium size gathering? The Bob and Myrna Summers courtyard, and covered gazebo with fire pit are an added bonus.

In addition to a well-appointed interior, the outdoor living space (including a fire pit) is picturesque and inviting. The hot tub on the deck of the second floor finishes the long, long list of reasons this property is ideal for quiet retreats and small family get-togethers. Peaceful, cozy lounging awaits!

A three generation family home founded by local Carlton icons; Bob and Myrna Summers have been beloved by the Carlton community since 1969. Wanting to keep this beloved and peaceful property in the family, two of their sons and daughters in law have preserved this beautiful retreat for future generations. Come feel the love!
